Understand how we grade your phone's condition

We grade every phone into one of four categories. Be honest when answering the questions — our team will verify the condition in-store.

Looks and works like a brand-new device. No visible scratches, dents, or wear. All original accessories included. Battery health is excellent.

Light signs of normal use. Minor scratches that don't affect the display. Everything works perfectly. Battery is in good shape.

Visible wear and scratches. Possibly minor cracks on the back or edges. All core features still work. Battery may be weaker.

Major damage like cracked screen or water damage. Some features may not work. We still buy these — just at a lower price.
